Pure Training and Consultancy do not work Monday – Friday we offer our services from Monday – Sunday and at times to suit you. We understand the business of food and it means that we can meet your business needs when it’s most convenient for you. Remember we are just a phone call or click away from finding out for yourself. TAILORED AND IN-HOUSE TRAINING SERVICE Any part of the services which Pure Training and Consultancy offer can be tailored or run in-house. Sessions can be whole day/ split days/ 3 hour/ 2 hour/ 1 hour sessions. Do you have a “brand” you want to protect? Is it a “MUST” that all your staff are singing from the same hymn sheet? We can include and emphasize on any point during training courses, or focus on your own unique business. Unique tailored courses can be run, such as customer care skills, management techniques, train the trainer, presentation skills and a whole lot more. In-house is a concept offered by Pure Training and Consultancy, which means that the business of food training and consultancy can be carried out on site either at your premises or at an alternative venue, for that real “away day” feel. TRAINING TRACKER SERVICE With the ‘Training Tracker service YOU don’t have to worry about whom needs training and when, we’ll use our bespoke administration system, and contact you. You let us know the details of your staff and we input the information into our special database. Using the ‘Training Tracker’ we can highlight the training requirements your staff have and then the appropriate course can be booked. Simple and sorted! Booking Conditions Payments MUST be received in full 14 days prior to the course date. Payments can be made by either of the following methods: Cheque made payable to Pure Training and Consultancy and crossed 'A/C payee only' Directly into our bank account - details available by request Any additional costs incurred through a candidate's payment being returned unpaid, will be liable by the candidate. Upon receipt of your confirmed booking, you are liable for payment Pure Training and Consultancy reserves the right to cancel the course. In such extraordinary circumstances a full refund of course fees will be made or transfer to another suitable course should the delegate request so. No responsibility is accepted for incidental or consequential loss resulting from such a cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights. Cancellations • More than 21 working days before the course, no charge will be made. • 14-21 working days before the course, 50% of the fee will be payable. • Less than 7 working days before the course, the whole fee will be payable. Substitutions • May be made at any stage at no cost. Transfers Transfer to a subsequent date when the same course is running, subject to availability of places, will be a standard fee of £20. If that transfer is then cancelled at any time the original cancellation clause will apply. All changes requested verbally must be confirmed in writing, fax or e-mail. Changes will become effective on the date of receipt of written confirmation. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control alterations to timing and content of courses may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to modify the course information or tutor. Other Pure Training and Consultancy cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or equipment, including any additional physical/ equipment damage caused by any items provided by Pure Training and Consultancy, whilst the candidate attends a course, or takes part in e-learning or distance learning activities. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a candidate is unhappy with the training they receive, they must write in the first instance to Mrs Catherine-Ann Milford. A full investigation will be carried out and a written response sent to the candidate. If an issue still remains a mutually agreeable third party will investigate and report back to Pure Training and Consultancy and the candidate.
