Hygiene Audits
These can be carried out on an ad hoc basis, or regularly throughout the year.
This service includes an “E.H.O.” type audit accompanying areas such as premises, equipment, staff, training, cleaning, procedures, monitoring, H.A.C.C.P. etc. Theses can be planned or booked on a “surprise” basis.
This service is offered on a three tier basis:-
1. An audit with a letter outlining the key points and recommendations
2. A copy of the audit with a letter outlining the key points and recommendations
3. A full audit with an individual report, and photos together with action points and recommendations
Cleaning Schedules
Many businesses fail to recognise that twice as much time should be built into staffing arrangements for cleaning than food preparation service.
Pure Training and Consultancy can review your existing schedule, or create a new one for you.
The schedule would be tailored to meet your requirements, and training would be given to implement the schedule and cleaning products. (All cleaning products are fully backed up with COSHH documents.)
Trained staff and a clean environment means you can manage effectively.
H.A.C.C.P.
Pure Training and Consultancy uses the expertise of its consultant and works in conjunction with “The Safer Food Better Business Pack” to provide you with a complete H.A.C.C.P. plan.
Training you as being the H.A.C.C.P. leader writing plans with you and supporting you when you implement it, is part of our service.
H.A.C.C.P. is considered difficult by many. It isn’t! It is a total management system for food businesses. It means you can get on with the business of providing safe food to all your customers! It couldn’t be easier.

Terms and Conditions for Pure Training and Consultancy Consultancy Services
All consultancy fees will be due for payment 14 days from the date of the invoice.
The free one hour consultation will be deducted from your first consultancy invoice.
Payments can be made by either of the following methods:
Cheque made payable to Pure Training and Consultancy and crossed 'A/C payee only'
Directly into our bank account - details available by request
Any additional costs incurred through a client's payment being returned unpaid, will be liable by the client.
Any consultancy contract which is cancelled by the client will be liable for any cost incurred up to and including the date of which the cancellation is received in writing by letter, email or fax, by Pure Training and Consultancy.
