I have enjoyed this informative day, food and refreshments were very good, thanks Catherine made us very welcome and we were able to open up and ask questions. She was knowledgeable and very helpful Catherine made me feel very relaxed and so I found it easy to learn. No answer was wrong, it was explained! I was not looking forward to this course, but Catherine-Ann made it interesting and informative I thoroughly enjoyed today. Catherine held everyone’s attention and supported everyone, especially some very nervous staff. I will be recommending more staff from our settings take on this course. Many thanks I thoroughly enjoyed the course, this was in most part down to Catherine who explained everything really well, Thank you I really enjoyed the course. Catherine made it fun, interesting and easy to remember. Found some of the question homework booklet tricky, but made good practice for the exam. Would recommend Catherine to anyone. A long time since I have sat an exam! But Catherine has made the day possible for me, I have enjoyed it! Having worked all the previous night I was concerned I may fall asleep. A most interesting course. All Managers or owners of Food Businesses should take this course. The training I received was second to none. RSPH Foundation Certificate in Nutrition What did you find most useful from the training? I learnt a lot from this course and felt very relaxed whilst learning. You made it fun! Thanks I really enjoyed this course, I found Catherine-Ann really friendly & approachable and very interesting. I would definitely attend another course run by her Travelling to London to run an in-house course for us was no trouble at all. We were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. The training course was probably the best I’ve attended. What did you find most useful from the training? This course gave me the extra confidence I needed to talk about Nutrition to my clients. I’ve always been interested in Nutrition, this course made a real difference to me personally and will be put to use within my job. A very interesting course. The trainer was very knowledgeable. A very well delivered and interesting course, which I enjoyed very much! As a large production company it is an invaluable course. I will be recommening it to other colleagues. My company chose to do the course via distance learning. The support we received was second to none. This flexible option is a real asset to you. CIEH HACCP in Practice What did you find most useful from the training? I have worked in the field of HACCP for many years, but needed to have a qualification. This course is an invaluable tool for any food business. I would recommend Pure to any company. The knowledge of the trainer was outstanding. All of my questions was answered. Pure was very flexible and worked around my work commitments. Thank you.
